If your free place at the BMN Independent Merchants Forum is accepted, thenyou are expected to attend the the full day of content.
We reserve the right to prioritise applications made by senior officers, which means on occasion we cannot accept all applications. If you do not receive a registration confirmation email, your application has not been successful.
If you are unable to attend The BMN Independent Merchants Forum, you are permitted to exchange your place with a member of your senior leadership team. Please be advised that substitutions must be emailed to h.webb@hgluk.com ASAP.
Applications received after this cut off date will be subject to the same terms stated above, and any cancellation made after this date will be subject to the charge of £250+VAT unless a suitable replacement from the senior leadership team attends on both days of the forum.
